Rebecca ShakespeareClient Administration

    Rebecca has been a part of JSA’s Client Administration team since August 2008.

    As part of the team Rebecca works with the Financial Planning Advisers and Strategy team to ensure that clients receive the best possible service from JSA Group. This work includes processing and maintenance of client files, setting client appointments, preparing for client reviews, updated investment portfolio valuations, updating the client database and lodging new investment/insurance applications.

    With a background in retail and hospitality management, Rebecca’s operations and client service experience is extensive and she takes great pride in ensuring she provides a friendly, efficient and competent service for JSA’s clients.

    Rebecca also champions several charitable initiatives at JSA. In her spare time she supports the community through fund raising and improving awareness for Hunter Children’s Research Foundation, MS Society and Red Cross.
