Cassie TamsettClient Administration
Cassie joined the JSA Group’s Client Service team in 2003. Prior to this role, she worked in Mortgages and Finance client service roles for three years for other organisations including a “Big 4” bank.
With this depth of experience, she is well-placed to understand the needs of JSA’s clients. Her current role involves assisting Advisers with the processing and maintenance of client files, setting client appointments, preparing for client reviews, updating investment portfolio valuations, updating the client database, lodging new investment/insurance applications and ensuring that clients receive the best possible service from JSA.
Cassie is a busy mum of two young children. She enjoys the challenge of a house renovation and has a flair for interior design.
